Homeschool Biblical Studies
Introducing Biblical Studies for Homeschool Families
Homeschooling gives our children incredible opportunities to learn differently, grow intentionally, and spend more time as a family, but sometimes we still wish they had more opportunities to learn, build friendships, ask questions, and grow alongside other children who share their faith.
Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered environment where homeschool students can connect with other children, strengthen their social skills, and receive biblical teaching that complements what families are already teaching at home.
WHAT ARE THE CLASSES?
Our Biblical Studies program is available for grades K–12, with students separated into appropriate age and grade groups based on enrollment.
Groups will meet once per week at public community facilities or partnering local churches, giving students a comfortable place to learn, interact, create, laugh, and simply be kids together.
WHAT WILL THEY LEARN?
Our studies are interdenominational and Scripture-centered. We respect and embrace denominational traditions or practices but do not teach them in order to remain inclusive to all families. Our focus is helping students understand what Scripture actually says, what it doesn't say, and how to study God's Word faithfully and in context.
Throughout the program, students will explore:
📖 Biblical Literacy - Students learn how to carefully read, understand, and interpret Scripture in context.
🛡️ Apologetics - Students will explore questions about faith while examining history, culture, science, and common challenges or skeptical questions about Christianity.
⏳ Chronological & Historical - Students will see how Scripture fits together from Genesis through Revelation, from within and outside of Scripture through history.
❤️ The Character of God - Students will discover God's attributes throughout Scripture and learn how knowing who God is should shape the way we live.
🧵 The Gospel Throughout Scripture - Students will trace God's redemptive plan throughout the entire Bible and see how Scripture points toward Christ.
Our lessons may incorporate trusted curriculum and resources from organizations and publishers including Answers in Genesis, LifeWay, Master Books, My Father's World, The Good and the Beautiful, God's Word for the Nations, and others, while keeping Scripture itself at the center of our teaching.
Activities, discussion, hands-on learning, collaboration, and age-appropriate exercises will accompany lessons so students have multiple ways to understand, retain, and communicate what they're learning.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
We want biblical education to remain accessible to families. Rather than charging traditional tuition, our course studies are donation-based, and no child will be turned away because their family cannot donate.
We simply ask families who are able to give a one-time donation to help support the program.
Donations help cover supplies, learning materials, field trips, guest experiences, future activities, and adventures for the children.
